Cops Putting You On Ice
So this is a pretty mean prank that these cops did. I mean, it's sort of nice, but then again sort of really scary in that you scared the shit out of the damn pulled over suckers.
You can see it in their eyes of those folks have been fucked with by their fair share of cops and this is just another ass raping of the government in the form of cops.
I'm pretty sure that after they finished the ice cream, they were tazed.
ON a side note, do you really want drivers to be busy eating fucking ice cream while driving? That seems worse than texting.
